DISTRIBUTORSHIP MODEL

• The initial investment for the distributor will be Rs 25 lakhs
• Delivery of products by “POLYGRANITE INDIA LLP” within 30 business days of order acceptance.
• The brand warranty has been given for: –
  Polygranite sheets –10 years when the color fades out
  3D wall panel – 8-year lifetime
  WPC Panels – 8 years lifetime
  Charcoal louvers – 10-year lifetime
• The agreement validity time for the next 2 years from the start of business “DD/MM/YY” on this date. “POLYGRANITE INDIA LLP” has the option to renew this Agreement for an additional period of 2 years by providing 90 days prior written notice to the distributor before the date of expiry of this Agreement. Target for the distributor is 3 crores per annum (turnover).
