This is how the journey of Friends and S.F.C started, I and my friends first tried shawarma in college in Jamia after which we made the decision to start a side business in addition to our full-time jobs. After careful speculations, we finally started a business in 2011 under the name FRIENDS, and later it was changed to S.F.C (Sardar Fried Chicken). This name was coined as we first started selling items that were perfect replicas of KFC, including the Mojito Drink and Chicken, in order to draw customers at reasonably slashed prices. The star dish was Chicken Shawarma and we received positive feedback from the customers because of the taste the shawarma was appreciated by everyone garnering a huge response. Then we opened 5-6 outlets in Delhi but the outlets were closed during the crisis. School and college students are mainly our target market ( we serve the best chicken dishes that are pocket friendly). We sell varieties of items Chicken Shawarma, Chicken lollipops, Chicken Kurkura, Chicken popcorn, Special tandoori chicken, Kebab rolls, and Crispy fish fingers.
